Aflac sells supplemental insurance, such as accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital, dental, vision and life coverage, that pays cash benefits when you’re sick or hurt. Aflac does not sell major medical, auto or home insurance. Aflac has different phone numbers for individual, group, New York and dental/vision policies, so use the table below to find the right one.

How to file or check a claim
The fastest way is to log in to MyAflac or use the MyAflac app. Aflac walks you through the documents you need and lets you upload them. If you can’t log in, you can still file securely online as a guest. To check claim status by phone, call 800.992.3522. If you need to fax claim documents, Aflac lists these numbers:- Individual claims: 877.442.3522

Complaints and claim appeals
You can file a complaint online. Aflac lists a 15-day turnaround for consumer complaints.
