You can start a claim through Globe Life’s claims page. According to Globe Life’s FAQ, you can check the status of a claim by calling customer service at 1-888-650-4081 or through the online eService Center. A life insurance claim can be filed by a spouse, child, family representative or funeral home representative. Globe Life’s FAQ lists this mailing address for life claim documents: Globe Life Inc., Attn: Life Claims Department, PO Box 8076, McKinney, TX 75070. Policyholders can pay online by logging in to their Globe Life account.
